VILLA #3
Villa #3 is a one-bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king-size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop and oven, blender, coffeepot, toaster, high-end cook and bakeware, cutlery, cooking utensils - everything you need to make this your home away from home experience. There is air conditioning in each room, all modern stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and marble floors, and Smart TVs.

Villa #3 can be rented along with Villa #4 as a two bedroom unit or individually as a one bedroom unit. There are a set of lock-out doors between the two units to combine the villas or to keep them separate.

We accept payment by check/money order or by credit card. There is a 5% processing fee added to the reservation total for credit card payments.
Our cancellation policy is: A full credit, or a refund (minus a 5% processing fee of the total reservation) will be given if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. Cancelations 60 days or less will be addressed on a case by case basis. If a credit is issued, it must be used within one year of the arrival date of the original reservation.
