VILLA #2
Villa #2 is a one bedroom unit with a king size bed and a full bathroom - similar to a hotel room. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. This villa is prefect for travelers who plan to enjoy the many delicious restaurants on the island!
Villa #2 can be rented along with Villa #1 as a two bedroom unit or individually as a one bedroom unit. There are a set of lock-out doors between to combine the villas or to keep them separate.

RATES
Rates are subject to change. Please contact us for current pricing and available discounts. Local sales and lodging tax of 21% applies.
We accept payment by check/money order or by credit card. There is a 5% processing fee added to the reservation total for credit card payments.
Our cancellation policy is: A full credit, or a refund (minus a 5% processing fee of the total reservation) will be given if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. Cancelations 60 days or less will be addressed on a case by case basis. If a credit is issued, it must be used within one year of the arrival date of the original reservation.
