Villa #1 is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen.

VILLA #2

Villa #2 is a one bedroom unit with a king size bed and a full bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. There is a lock-out door to Villa #1.

VILLA #3

Villa #3 is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen.

VILLA #4

Villa #4 is a one bedroom unit with a king size bed and a full bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. There is a lock-out door to Villa #3.

VILLA #5

Villa #5 is located on the second floor, at the back of the complex, overlooking Salina Chica. There is a king size bed, a kitchen, & small living area.

VILLA #6

Villa #6 is located on the second floor. This villa has a king size bed and a full kitchen and two private patios.

ABOUT US

David Hochmayr and his daughter, Katy, were looking for a new project. Having first been introduced to the Island in 1989, they knew they wanted a part of the Mexican-Caribbean setting, and ever since, have loved being accepted into the unique family and cultural ambiance that is Isla Mujeres. Today, after being in the vacation rental business on the island for over 20 years, they are proud and humbled to contribute to the community which has provided them a comfortable and relaxing place to live, vacation, and call home.
